"The location is stunning. Amazing views along the Promenade des Anglaise and out to see and down the coastline. Very professional approach from the agency who sent videos of how to enter the building and how to collect the keys after operating hours. Public transport, both bus and tram very easily accessible, lovely Boulangerie close by with the best freshly baked croissants!"

"The traffic noise is always present and could be disturbing with sirens and horns, especially when sitting on the terrace in the evening. We were there for the Monaco GP weekend and the executive jets arrived every minute before the race and taking off after the race weekend. Depends on which way the flight path operates but we had fantastic views of the planes. Odd mix of mis-matched crockery and could have done with an extra set of towels for a weeks stay. No beach towels included."

"L’appartement est très bien situé, dans le vieux Nice, proche du centre et de la plage. Il y a une boulangerie à côté de l’entrée de l’immeuble. Et un carrefour juste derrière. Il y a plusieurs resto autour. L’appartement est neuf et très propre! Je recommande !"

"We had a great stay in this apartment in the heart of Nice’s Old Town. The location is perfect – right in the charming narrow streets with everything within walking distance. The apartment itself was new, clean, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. The host was excellent – great communication, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay."

"Just be aware that, like many places in the Old Town, there’s limited with views and daylight due to the narrow streets – but this didn’t bother us personally, as the location and quality of the apartment more than made up for it. The air conditioning was a bit noisy."

"Hosts were responsive when I asked for a blanket. There was only a duvet cover and duvet, no blanket. They couldn’t get a blanket but did provide an additional duvet cover which helped."

"Getting into the property was very stressful. Booking.com said someone would be there to meet us - they weren’t. Luckily I had taken out a phone package or I would have been scuppered. I contacted booking .com and the hosts . No one replied. I could not find a number for booking.com and the 24/7 service was impossible to use. Eventually the hosts rang me and explained where to go to get the key ( a local supermarket). Once we had keys all was okay. No milk or welcome pack. Pillows were like cushions and very uncomfortable- did not sleep well."
